Our 2011 Customer Survey has now closed - thank you to everyone who completed this and congratulations to Christopher Kelman who won a year's free Peak Health & Fitness membership!

We’re looking forward to examining the results in detail and discovering some of our key improvement areas for the next year. With over 1300 completed surveys, the next couple of months will be busy as we compile and analyse the comments received, and take action on those suggestions we feel are most practical, achievable, and will benefit our members and users the most.

Due to the high volume of completed surveys, unfortunately we will not be able to reply to each respondent individually. However, we will post a summary of the most prominent areas for development raised and how we have, or plan to, address these over the next year.
