The second in a series of fun runs in aid of Children 1st took place along Aberdeen's beach prom yesterday evening.
A total of 78 men, women and children of all levels of ability took part in yesterday's run, which featured a 3K race for junior participants, and a 5K race along the north and South prom for adults.
Amongst the runners were those taking part in a 5K for the first time, and experienced athletes looking to clock a new personal best. It resulted in an exciting evening & crowds gathered at the finish line to cheer on the competitors.
The results of the second race are available to view here and the overall results are available here.
Entries are still being taken for the remaining run in the series - the 3K run along the south end of the prom on Thursday 10th May. Entry forms are available at Aberdeen Sports Village and by clicking here. Entries will also be taken on the evening at the Beach Leisure Centre if there are spaces available.
Congratulations to all who took part!
