Teenage Gym & Classes


Teenage Sessions are available for all teenagers aged between 13 and 15 years.

Teenage Gym Sessions

Friday: 7.00-8.00pm and 8.30-9.30pm

Saturday: 9.00-10.00am and 4.00-5.00pm

Sunday: 10.30am-12.00pm

New Teen Studio Cycle & Teen Total Fitness

Tuesday: 4.30-5.15pm Teen Studio Cycle 

Cycle your way to improved aerobic fitness, and toned muscles throughout the lower body.

Friday: 5.45-6.30pm Teen Total Fitness 

If you think you’re fit, then think again! - we dare you to try this class - it uses TRX, dynamic exercises and sprints to develop overall fitness.

PLACES ARE LIMITED, SO ADVANCE BOOKING IS RECOMMENDED!
