Fitness Assessment


This assessment can be quite physically demanding, and is therefore recommended for regular exercisers or sports players who wish to monitor their individual progress.

A selection of the following example assessments can be incorporated into your Fitness Assessment, depending on your needs:

  • Muscular strength and endurance tests
  • Power tests
  • Aerobic capacity tests
  • Flexibility tests
  • Lung function tests
  • Basic body composition measurements
