When a peak "Health & Fitness" membership is purchased, then a "swim, athletics or squash" can be added to the package at a reduced price, as shown in the packages below:

- Swim membership is based at the King's Pavilion (University of Aberdeen). Access may be restricted at certain times and weekly timetables are available click here
- Athletics membership requires an induction before use of the athletics areas, and has restricted access at certain times.
- Health & Fitness membership requires an induction or familiarisation session before use of the Energy Zone Fitness Suite or Performance Gym. Click here for more details.
- All monthly direct debit memberships are based on a minimum 3 month contract, with a one month cancellation notice.

Health & Fitness off peak hours are 0630-1630 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends. Monday to Friday, all off peak members must have entered the facility by 1600 and have vacated the facility by 1645.
