The first meeting of the Bank of Scotland National Squad 2010 took place in Glasgow on Saturday (6 February) following the Scottish Senior Indoor Championships.

* Selection onto UKA World Class Performance Programme
* Selection onto UKA Futures Programme athletes
* Member of the Great Britain & Northern Ireland team at the 2009 World Championships in Athletics (Berlin)
* Selection onto the scottishathletics' Commonwealth Games Support Programme
* Qualify to fill relay pool
* Achieve a 2009 UKA Power of 10 ranking (senior)
* Achieve a 2010 IAAF World Junior Championships qualifying standard
* Achieved a 2009 UKA IAAF World Youth Championships standard
