Fitness Assessment

This assessment can be quite physically demanding, and is therefore recommended for regular exercisers or sports players who wish to monitor their individual progress.

A selection of the following assessments shown below as examples can be incorporated into your Fitness Assessment, depending on your needs:

→            Muscular strength and endurance tests

→            Power tests

→            Aerobic capacity tests

→            Flexibility tests

→            Lung function

→            Basic body composition measurements

Please pay at the main ASV reception, and then book your time with the Fitness Consultant in the Energy Zone.
