Aberdeen Sports Village coordinates and facilitates training for divers from the Learn to Dive program up to squad diving. We are proud to work closely with Aberdeen Diving Club which organises, manages and facilitates competition experiences for divers allowing them to take part in competitive events in the UK and abroad.
Divers may be invited to join Aberdeen Diving Club once they have a competitive dive list suitable for their age category. However, the club also carries out a continuous talent spotting process to try to identify individuals who may have the attributes to become competitive divers. - Previous acrobatic/gymnastic or similar experience
- General strength and flexibility
- Good leg line and toe point
- Powerful/springy jump
- Bravery and willingness to try new skills
