Supervised Diving

The perfect opportunity to give diving a try!
With our Supervised Diving sessions, the 1 metre and 3 metre springboards, as well as our platforms boards up to 10 metre will be open for your use under the supervision of our diving coaches and lifeguard team.
Our Supervised Diving sessions are held at the following times -
Tuesday - 20:30 - 21:30
Sunday - 11:45- 12:45
These sessions offer participants an opportunity to access a range of boards in the diving facility under the supervision of our qualified coaches who are on hand to offer some guidance and support.
Supervised Diving is ideal for those who are currently enrolled in the Learn to Dive programme and are looking to further hone their skills. These sessions are also open to individuals who are looking to try something new and test their nerve from the higher boards!
As numbers are limited for participant safety, we recommend you book your space in advance via The ASV App.
Members can book up to 7 days in advance and non-members can book on the day.
Supervised Diving sessions cost £9.00 per session, payable at the time of booking.
ASV Members enjoy a 20% discount on our Supervised Diving sessions!
As diving activities take place in deep water, these sessions are only suitable for participants 8 years and over, who are competent swimmers.
Competent swimmers are defined as swimmers who are able to swim unaided for at least 25 metres and can tread water for 30 seconds.
Lifeguards have the authority to assess competency at any time.
