The perfect programme for teens

Our Teen Fitness programme provides a massive variety of sport and exercise opportunities where teens can develop fitness and improve their skills in sport. Participating in sport and physical activity enables young people to gain confidence as they transition into adulthood!

With clear guidance on how to use a range of equipment from treadmills and rowing machines, to bikes, cross trainers and fixed resistance equipment – teens will feel confident in no time.

We are working to bring more classes to all of our members, and will re-introduce more teen classes to our timetable soon.

Teen Gym

Our Teen Gym sessions are available for an hour a day, every day! With supervision by our certified trainers, these sessions give teens the opportunity to keep fit while discovering a range of exercise options.

Teen Gym is currently available:

Monday to Friday 16:00 - 17:00

Saturday & Sunday 10:00 - 11:00

Members can book these sessions up to 8 days in advance. All Teen Gym sessions must be pre-booked.

Teen Yoga

Introducing our new Teen Yoga class! In this calming class, teens will focus on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a series of movements and poses.

Teen Yoga classes are available every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 17:00 - 17:45.

Important information

First time at ASV? Every­one who is look­ing to take part in their first Teen ses­sion is required to bring pho­to­graph­ic ID as proof of age. 

This will be request­ed at reception.

Outdoor Athletics

Access as many Teen Fitness Classes as you like for just £20 per month

If your child is aged 12 – 15 years old and is a reg­u­lar attendee at our Teen Fit­ness ses­sions, then try the ASV Kids Lifestyle Membership!

As well as unlim­it­ed Teen Fit­ness class­es, your child can also enjoy our pools, ath­let­ics facil­i­ties, squash and more!
