Our Teen Fitness programme returns Monday 17th May
We will have one 45-minute Teen Gym class per day:
Monday to Friday: 15:45
Saturday to Sunday: 10:00
Members can book these sessions up to 8 days in advance. All Teen Gym sessions must be pre-booked.
The perfect programme for teens
Our Teen Fitness programme provides a massive variety of sport and exercise opportunities where teens can develop fitness and improve their skills in sport. Participating in sport and physical activity enables young people to gain confidence as they transition into adulthood!
With clear guidance on how to use a range of equipment from treadmills and rowing machines, to bikes, cross trainers and fixed resistance equipment – teens will feel confident in no time.
Teens can also keep fit and healthy with a huge range of group exercise classes.
First time at ASV? Everyone who is looking to take part in their first Teen session is required to bring photographic ID as proof of age.
This will be requested at reception.
Access as many Teen Fitness Classes as you like for just £20 per month
If your child is aged 12 – 15 years old and is a regular attendee at our Teen Fitness sessions, then try the ASV Kids Lifestyle Membership!
As well as unlimited Teen Fitness classes, your child can also enjoy our pools, athletics facilities, squash and more!
