During this 6-week course you will work with David, one of our highly qualified personal trainers and group exercise class instructors. You'll learn about nutrition and understand that being healthy is NOT boring!
You'll discover how to enjoy life whilst staying on track with your goals, learn how to overcome barriers and develop healthy and sustainable lifestyle habits.
Our 6 week course runs as follows:
- From Monday 6th February - Monday 13th March (inclusive)
- Every Monday 18:30 - 19:30 in our Training Room
Our 6 week course is £90 for non members. ASV members enjoy a 15% discount which will be applied at check-out.
Along with enrolment of the course, you will receive a follow on workout plan, 'Guide to Calories' handout, a high protein recipe book and a 30 minute 1-1 PT taster session with David.
