Our HYROX classes offer a dynamic mix of the Performance Studio and ASV's running track, ensuring you get a full-body workout that builds both strength and endurance preparing you for the race.
Class Timetable:
- Mondays: 12:15 - 13:00
- Wednesdays: 13:30 - 14:15 & 19:30 - 20:15
- Thursdays: HYROX Running 12:00 - 12:45
- Fridays: 08:00 - 08:45
- Saturdays: 12:00 - 12:45

Please note* HYROX emphasises the importance of proper form, so to fully participate in the class, it's essential to be able to perform movements like squats and lunges with good technique, including getting the knee to the floor, and completing chest-to-floor burpees. This ensures a safe and effective workout for everyone, allowing you to get the most out of each session. If you're still working on achieving full-range movements, we encourage you to focus on building that foundation before joining the class.

Welcome to HYROX Running – the ultimate running class built exclusively for HYROX athletes who want more than just miles. This isn’t your average jog in the park – it's a performance-focused, high-energy session that turns runners into race-day machines.
We’re talking:
✅ Interval training to build speed & race-day stamina
✅ Technique drills to improve stride efficiency & reduce injury
✅ Hill sprints, sled-push simulations & weighted run segments to mimic HYROX intensity
✅ Lung-busting run circuits paired with HYROX-style bodyweight elements (think burpees, walking lunges, and more)
Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned racer, you'll build real-world run strength, boost your cardio engine, and learn how to pace like a pro.
