As Scotland's government continues updating its guidance in light of the latest Covid-19 strain, we're doing our best to keep our members and other visitors safe. You can find the latest government guidance here.
We kindly ask that you adhere to the following while visiting ASV:
- Mask Up: masks or face coverings must be worn in all non-sporting areas. This includes but isn't limited to our reception areas, corridors, and changing areas. Please also wear your mask in our spectator areas, even while seated
- Wash Your Hands: use the hand sanitising stations around ASV and wash your hands regularly
- Sanitise Your Kit: wipe down any equipment you use - gym kit, group exercise kit, racquets, tables, and so forth
- Rule of Three: please follow the government guidance on socialising in groups of no more than 3 households
- Social Distancing: please socially distance from other members or visitors when possible. Avoid clustering indoors, such as in our reception areas, and keep to the left-hand side of corridors to allow space between yourself and others
We've increased cleaning & sanitising procedures throughout ASV, and especially in our gym and studio spaces. Our personal trainers will also wear their face masks during personal training sessions, as an added safety measure.
To help with social distancing while exercising, we have slightly reduced the number of spaces available for group exercise classes in our aquatics studio, cycle studio, sky studio, and sport & conditioning studio.
Our team is, as always, dedicated to keeping you as safe and healthy as possible. We may remind you to wear your mask or otherwise follow these guidelines to protect yourself and others while you are at ASV, and kindly ask that you treat our team members with respect.
