Our Return to fitness program is designed to help anyone who needs support following COVID-19. For those who have had COVID, and for those who haven’t - but would benefit from some guidance as you return to exercise.
Our programme is intended to help you rebuild your strength, confidence and manage fatigue to get you back on track to achieving your health and fitness goals.
