I’ve been working as a Personal Trainer for over 7 years, throughout which I predominantly helped clients who wanted to become fitter and maintain a healthy bodyweight.
In 2020 I became a mom of a little girl. I wanted to stay active during my pregnancy and completed my pre- and post-natal exercising qualifications, which now allow me to support other mums during this special time. I believe that staying fit during pregnancy and after giving birth contributes to both your physical and mental well-being.
Special Interest
I focus on flexibility and mobility training at all levels of ability in order to build a foundation of fitness.
My training programmes usually include elements of functional training, engaging core and deep muscle to improve stability and overall physical performance.
My extensive outdoor sports experience - including climbing, bouldering, skiing, running, and cycling - allows me to design tailor-made training programs to prepare you for the upcoming seasons or include cross-training elements to make your sessions more interesting!
Interesting Fact
I lived and studied in Italy for a year and can speak Italian. I'm also an alpine skiing instructor with many seasons of experience in the Italian Dolomites!
