About
I am a passionate and dedicated educator, personal trainer and gym instructor with a mission to empower others on their wellness journeys. I re-discovered my love for fitness 10 years ago, and since then, it has become a driving force in my life.
With a background spanning 23 years in education and health including 15 years in senior strategic and operational leadership, I bring a unique depth of expertise to my work. I continue to support the professional development of those in the sport and fitness industry as a Board member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport & Physical Activity.
My passion for empowering individuals to achieve sustainable physical and mental wellbeing was a driving force to change my career, to a position where I could see in the moment, the positive impact my work could have. #FindYourStrength
