My fitness journey didn’t really come from a sporting background. From a young age I struggled with low self-confidence and low self-esteem. When I started exercising, I began to not only notice physical changes but also a change in my mindset. I started to learn what I was capable of, which started to build up my confidence, and this carried over into my day-to-day life. I was no longer self-conscious about wearing certain clothes or nervous of social situations. If this sounds like you then get in touch! I understand what it’s like and with my years of knowledge and experience as a personal trainer I have all the tools necessary to help you succeed.

My goal is to help you find what you are capable of and build up your confidence both in the gym and in yourself. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up or get fitter I will be there to help.

Special Interest

I really enjoy weightlifting and outdoor activities such as paddleboarding, kayaking, and camping. While I love staying active I do believe in the importance of balance and having some downtime - I like cooking and playing the guitar, though you won't see me doing either of those at ASV!

Interesting Fact

I am a massive foodie and love trying new places to eat out and experiencing different cuisines from all over the world. I’ve eaten things from cheesy maggots to crocodile!

Fitness tip

Everyone must start somewhere, so don’t compare yourself to others. There is also no such thing as bad food! Everything in moderation. Being healthy doesn’t mean chicken, broccoli & rice all the time - make sure your nutrition is sustainable for you.
