Throughout my life I have always loved taking part in and watching sport, football being my favourite. Through participation in sport and exercise I have realised how important it is not only for physical health but also mental health. Through my 5 plus years as a Personal Trainer I have loved helping people progress through their fitness and health journey and helping them see what their body is capable of.
Special Interest
I enjoy training athletes, coming up with ways to improve their performance outcomes especially in football. However, one of the best parts of my job is being able to work with a diverse range of people of all abilities, goals and ages. I enjoy the challenge of helping people reach their individual goals whatever it may be.
Interesting Fact
I drove 4,500 kilometres across Australia in a campervan made in 1997. Sleeping and driving in 40 degree heat without air conditioning for 2 weeks was as fun as it sounds!
Fitness tip
Never compare yourself to others as you don't know where they are in their fitness journey. Comparison is the thief of joy.
