I am a primary school PE teacher turned fitness instructor/personal trainer. I love encouraging people and being part of their fitness journey whether it’s for an aesthetic goal or a performance goal.
I am now a keen weightlifter who incorporates a lot of weight training into my sessions; aiming to help people achieve their goals while making the gym a fun experience and not a chore!

I love a challenge and this may mean getting down and muddy at times! I have taken part in several Tough Mudders, the Beast Race and loved the experience each time! I've also completed in several half marathons.
