My background as a professional dancer sparked a lifelong love of movement, and that passion now drives me to help others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through fitness.
I'm a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional training in Pre- and Postnatal exercise and Reformer Pilates. I work with clients both individually and in groups, offering a mix of functional strength, conditioning, mobility and Pilates-based training.
I believe movement should feel good and fit into real life. My sessions are designed to challenge and motivate you, while keeping things fun, supportive, and full of positive energy, so you leave feeling stronger, confident, and proud of what you’ve achieved.
