
What is personal training?
Personal training is the best option for new members joining Aberdeen Sports Village, with sessions carefully created to help you achieve maximum benefit.
Sessions include:
- 1-to-1 coaching
- a training programme
- support via email if required
- nutritional advice
- guidance throughout
Where your fitness journey begins...
Upon joining all of our customers will receive an initial free 30-minute Personal Training Taster session.
This will give you a snapshot of what is included within a personal training session, the benefits and differences in comparison with training on your own – you will not be disappointed!
Our personal trainers on-site can educate, advise and motivate you; whether you are new to exercise or are ready to take your training to the next level. They can also advise on a range of nutrition and lifestyle factors.
This service enables you to book a single session PT, Buddy PT (members only) or 4, 8 or 12 sessions with the same Personal Trainer, all lasting a full hour, at a time that suits you.
