I have spent most of my working life training, coaching and mentoring people with technical and interpersonal skills. With a military upbringing, I have been immersed in a culture of sports and fitness throughout my life. There was no day without playing a sport and no weekend without hikes / long distance cycling. I took to tennis early in life and it soon became my passion.

Over the years, I have realised how exercising / sport have shaped me into a confident, energetic and a positive person. Now it’s a lifestyle choice as I like this me!

Special Interest

I believe fitness belongs to all and one needs to just show up! I help people of all age groups uncover their ‘Why’ to fitness, empowering them to achieve lasting health and well-being. From intense cardio goals to building strength and endurance through realistic workouts and celebrating small wins along the way.

Special focus on:

- Working adults,

- people above 40,

- pre/post-menopausal women.

Interesting Fact

Played tennis at junior national level.

I was the last woman standing for my team to complete a duathlon of 25km cycling and 25km uphill trek.

Fitness tip

The ageing we want tomorrow, begins with the choices we make today. Our body is the only permanent address we have!
