ASV Energisers: Adults

Thanks to funding and support from NHS Grampian Charity Community Grants Programme, we are launching ASV Energisers: Adults – a brand new, free initiative designed to support the health and wellbeing of adults in our local community.

This new programme builds on the success of our current ASV Energisers programme for primary school children. We understand that wellbeing starts at home, and we are committed to supporting the whole family.

ASV Energisers: Adults offers:
- Free Fitness & Wellbeing Sessions
- Free Sports Sessions
- Free Support & Advice Sessions

This programme is open to all adults (18+) in the community who feel they could benefit – no ASV membership required. Whether you're a parent, guardian, family member or local resident, you are warmly welcome to the programme.
