Do I need prior Reformers experience to join a class?

Not at all. We offer fundamentals and beginner-friendly classes to help you get comfortable with the equipment and techniques

What should I bring to class?

Just yourself, your grip socks and a bottle of water – we’ll provide the rest

Can I attend a class if I am pregnant?

It is generally advised not to begin any new form of exercise during pregnancy. However, if you have been practicing Reformers consistently prior to becoming pregnant, you may be able to continue with modifications. We strongly recommend that you first consult your doctor, and then check in with your instructor before class so appropriate adjustments can be made to ensure your safety and comfort.

Can I do a Reformer Class if I am injured?

Please inform your instructor of any injuries or physical concerns before class begins. They will provide modifications to ensure you can move safely and effectively throughout the session.

What should I wear to a class?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety on the Reformer machine.

Grip socks are available to purchase from ASV sports centre reception. Cost £10 and card payment only – limited supply
