Relay:

• Participant 1 (F) - 500m Ski & 400m Run
• Participant 2 (M) - 50m 100kg Sled Push & 400m Run
• Participant 3 (F) - 50m 50kg Sled Pull & 400m Run
• Participant 4 (M) - 500m Row & 400m Run
• Participant 1 (F) - 50m Burpee Broad Jump & 400m Run
• Participant 2 (M) - 100m Farmer's Carry & 400m Run
• Participant 3 (F) - 50m 10kg Walking Lunges & 400m Run
• Participant 4 (M) - 50m 20kg Walking Lunges & 400m Run
• TEAM - 200 Wall Balls (Collective Finish)

Heats:

Group 1 Start Time 18:30

Group 2 Start Time 19:00

Group 3 Start Time 19:30

Group 4 Start Time 20:00

HYROX2

Scoring:

• Teams will complete the Relay in a timed format - with the average time between the two sets of teams being the overall time
• Teams must complete all exercises and time stops when 200th Wall Ball is complete
• Leaderboard positions will be determined by time taken to complete the Relay

Spectating: Spectating is available, in the Indoor Athletics Area

Additional Information: Participants are advised to arrive 30 minutes before team start time for registration and warm-up
