From Monday August 30th we're extending our opening hours and adding more exercise classes!
Our new opening hours are:
- Monday - Friday: 6:30 - 22:30
- Saturday - Sunday: 8:30 - 17:00
We're also adding several classes to our timetable. Along with new classes like Teen Yoga, we've brought back old favourites. These include:
- Weightlifting & Beginners Weightlifting Circuits
- Body Step
- Stability Fit
- Queenax HIT
- Cardio HIT
There are more Evergreens classes too, including Weightlifting, Yoga, Fitness Pilates, and Metcon.
In total, there will be 105 exercise classes each week, including 22 Evergreens classes! You can find the full group exercise timetable here.
