Re:fundamentals
A 30 minute introduction to the reformer bed. A practical guide to help you become comfortable and confident with the equipment.
Re:form Beginners
Introduces you to core principles and is designed to build confidence on the bed. Focusing on essential movements to improve strength, flexibility and body awareness.
Moderate
Re:Express
A quick but powerful 30-minute session to fit into your busy day. For those in a hurry or on a lunch break it delivers a focused full-body workout. Boosting energy, building strength and recharging you.
Re:Mobility
A class to increase your range of movements, promoting muscle elasticity. Controlled, flowing movements improve movement, release tension and enhance overall body flexibility.
Re:Align
Focuses on improving posture, balance and body awareness through controlled precise movements. Helping alignment and core stability to support everyday movement and reduce risk of injury.
Re:Form
High energy group workout that blends Traditional Pilates principles with dynamic bodyweight exercises and functional movements, all performed on the Reformer machine.
