Throughout my life I have always been extremely interested with sports and exercise, football and bodybuilding being my favourites. This passion for fitness and overall health made me obsessed with broadening my knowledge on nutrition and different training styles. Through my 5+ years of training my goal now is to help people get a head start and not make the same mistakes that I made when starting my fitness journey.
