What is the ASV Family Lifestyle membership? +
Our ASV Family Lifestyle membership is the perfect package if you want to get the entire family involved in sport & fitness!
Each ASV Family Lifestyle membership includes up to 2 adults and any children up to and including kids 15 years of age. Kids ages 16+ can sign up separately for their own ASV Lifestyle membership.

How much does this membership cost? +
Our ASV Family Lifestyle membership is available by monthly direct debit and costs just £89 per month for 2 adults and all children up to 15 years of age.
How do I link my membership to your online booking system? +
To link your membership to our online booking system, please click here and follow the below instructions:
- Click "Register" on the right-hand side of the page
- Enter the email you used when signing up to your membership, create your password, and accept the Terms & Conditions
- You'll see a screen saying "Registration Successful." Go to your email inbox, open the email, and complete registration.
- If you don't see an email, check your spam/junk folders
- You'll be directed back to the online portal. Enter your personal details, select Confirm, and click Log In.
- Re-enter your Email Address and Password, then click Log In

Do I need to set up an individual account for each person on this membership? +
Every family member who wants to book group exercise classes or racquet sport sessions will need their own account along with their own email address.
You can set this up via our online system. If you have any questions or need help setting this up, feel free to speak to a member of our team at reception or email us at info@aberdeensportsvillage.com
How can I access ASV with my membership? +
As an ASV member, you will have access to our ASV App! Through the ASV App you can book group exercise classes and sports facilities, like our racquet sports, up to 7 days in advance from 6.30 on the day.
You can also use the ASV App to scan your digital membership card at our reception areas, which saves you having to bring a separate membership card. Simply open the app and click "Check In" which will take you to your digital membership card.
Please note members under 16 years of age are unable to access the ASV App and will be provided with a wristband or card to gain entry to ASV.
