From a young age I grew up competing in long distance running, this was a huge passion all the way throughout my childhood and young teenage years. Unfortunately due injuries this caused me to stop in my teenage years.
I soon realised how much sport was a huge part in my life and daily routine so I made a return to running and later found HYROX! I now love to compete in HYROX competitions and push myself to my limits. The enjoyment I get from competing and training is what made me want to help other find their passion within sports and help push people to where they feel most comfortable and happiest.
