I have a huge passion for health and fitness.
Having been involved in sports my whole life and in recent years discovering my love of weightlifting and HYROX, it has been a way for me to escape the stress of everyday life and do something I enjoy.
I believe fitness is for everyone; my goal is to help people feel their best physically and mentally, and to unlock their full potential with the right guidance and support along the way in a judgement-free, safe environment to reach their fitness/wellbeing goal, whatever that may be!
Special Interest
Keeping fit and healthy as we age is something I have come to appreciate over the last few years working in the medical field. Functional fitness for everyday life, i.e. being able to carry shopping upstairs or squatting down to pick up a child, is incredibly important and often taken for granted. My interest lies in functional fitness throughout every stage of life, particularly focusing on the impact of weight training in women to promote joint mobility and stability, balance and coordination and improved bone density.
